2. Custom Portrait Image Rights

When you upload a photograph to generate a custom The Kraftora string art piece, you retain all copyrights to the original image. You grant The Kraftora a temporary license solely to translate this photograph into our algorithmic weaving pattern to fulfill your physical order. We will never sell, distribute, or publicly post your image or the resulting string art portrait without your explicit written consent.

3. Accuracy of Materials

Our algorithm translates your photograph mathematically based on contrast points. Because it relies on human-operated physical pins and thread tensions, minor variations in thread paths and color gradients (black, grey, white) may occur. These are considered features of the physical medium, not defects.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
