We want you to love your Kraftora art. Here is how we handle returns and issues.
Every Kraftora kit or portrait is generated uniquely for you. Because of this bespoke nature, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once the order has been processed (typically within 24 hours).
If there is a defect in the materials or damage during transit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a claim.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
